5. Fees and Charges
DogoPay is free to download and use. However, certain transactions, such as international money transfers, may incur fees. These fees will be disclosed to you prior to completing the transaction.
6. Transactions
6.1 Funding Your Account: You can add funds to your DogoPay account by linking a bank account or credit/debit card. You authorize DogoPay to debit these accounts for any transactions you initiate. 6.2 Sending Money: When you send money using the App, you authorize DogoPay to debit your account for the amount specified, including any applicable fees. 6.3 Transaction Limits: DogoPay may impose limits on the amount and frequency of transactions for security and regulatory reasons. These limits may be modified at our discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DogoPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DogoPay operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
DogoPay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and/or through the App. Your continued use of the App and Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
